Vanessa Hall is the Founder and Director of entente Pty Limited, an award winning Author, Speaker and Adviser to business leaders, and individuals alike. She has accepted the challenge to re-establish the trust paradigm as a core value on which any successful business and personal relationship must be built. entente is the company that provides the products and services to support Vanessa.

What does entente mean?

The word entente (pronounced 'on-tont') is French for Understanding and Good Relationships.

The entente Mission

Lead by award winning author and speaker, Vanessa Hall entente's mission is to bring a new awareness to the world of the power and fragile nature of trust, and in doing so, to build trust back into businesses, homes and communities around the world.

Already, entente is changing the way organisations operate, communicate and behave, with amazing positive impact on their results, retention and relationships - what entente calls the 3 R's of Trust. 

Thousands of individuals have improved their own personal relationships and are learning to trust themselves more.

Schools and education systems are asking for entente's models of trust to be rolled out to children from age 5 to 18.

The work has begun, but the mission is as big as Vanessa's passion, and there is much to be done.

We train people to work with organisations and individuals using our techniques.
