We recognise that trust is something most people assume you either have, or you don't.
That's not how we see it.
15 years ago, Entente founder and CEO, Vanessa Hall was told by her son that he didn't know when he could trust her, which sparked a hunger and passion in her to understand what trust is, how it works, and why we were not taking it much more seriously.
After creating a simple framework, the ENP Model for trust, Vanessa went on a mission to explore, test and prove what it is that compels us to trust, as people seeking a partner, as employees, as consumers, as business partners, investors, in the people we choose to learn from and the people we choose to govern us.
From that exploration, there are now more than 30,000 leaders in at least 18 countries who now know the truth about trust, and there are consultants, coaches, trainers, counsellors, and psychologists, dotted around the world who are part of what is a 'collective' - a group of people who now simply want others to learn and experience the truth about trust.
Why? Because when trust breaks down, is lost, damaged, betrayed, regardless of context, culture or demographic, it causes pain, and it comes at enormous cost to repair.
So, Entente, which is French for understanding, good relationships, covenant, is a social enterprise, lead by Vanessa Hall, and is a collective of organisations and individuals we can call on to help you build and restore trust.
Our mission: Protect the Vulnerable. Unite the Collective. Nurture the Future.
'The truth about trust' is our signature program, and is the base of all we do. It explains the why, what, where, who and how of trust and what you can expect if you choose to join the growing number of organisations leading with trust.
